What this does:
Calculates towing and storage fees, labor and after-hours charges, and compliance deadlines under Oklahoma Corporation Commission rules for nonconsensual tows.

Vehicle Intake Date: Date the vehicle was brought into your storage facility. Required for calculating the DPS reporting deadline (OAC 165:30-3-11). Date Info Received from OK Tax Commission: Date you received the owner/lienholder info from OTC. Required to calculate 7-day certified notice deadline (OAC 165:30-3-11(b)). Total Miles Towed: Enter the total miles towed. The OCC regulates rates differently for the first 25 miles and additional miles (OAC 165:30-3-11.1). Storage Days: Total number of days vehicle has been stored. Used to calculate the total storage fee (OAC 165:30-3-11.2). Storage Type: Select indoor or outdoor storage. This affects the allowable daily storage rate under OCC rules. Vehicle Size: Select the size of the vehicle. Storage rates are tiered based on length (e.g., ≤20 ft, 20–30 ft, >30 ft). After-Hours Minutes (if any): If vehicle was released after business hours, enter total minutes spent. After-hours release is billed per 15-minute interval (OAC 165:30-3-11.1). Recovery Labor Hours (if any): Enter labor time (in hours) for winching, recovery, or specialized equipment. OCC caps apply (OAC 165:30-3-11.1).

Storage (per day):
Outdoor: up to $20–$40 depending on vehicle size
Indoor: up to $25–45 depending on vehicle size

After-Hours Release:
$15 per 15 minutes

Recovery/Special Labor:
$47.88/hour (max)
